Timeline

Project Registration

Each project must be registered. If multiple students are presenting a project, only ONE student needs to register the project.

Mentors and students will be able to after the project has been registered.

 

Opens August 2024

Deadline is Wednesday, February 5, 2025

Abstract

On the registration form, the student researcher will be given the option of entering an abstract. A link to the project-specific G0ogle Doc will be sent to the student researcher and mentor and will be editable until the Mentor Approval deadline.

Due by Wednesday, February 12, 2025

Mentor Approval

This process can happen any time between registration and the mentor approval deadline. Mentors can check for registered students, titles of projects, etc. on the . Mentor approvals are due by 4 p.m.

Due by Monday, February 17, 2025

Poster Printing Deadline

Flat posters — either 24" x 36" or 36" x 48" — presented on a poster board.

Poster Setup

Students will need to set up posters at DeVos Fieldhouse anytime within the above time frame. Push pins will be provided. CURCA staff will be present at DeVos Fieldhouse from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. to assist with poster setup and answer any questions.
